Favorite Daughter Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility

The Favorite Daughter Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Favorite Daughter (“Sponsor”), Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and advertising, promotion, and administrative agencies and partners (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST and ends on April 13, 2026 at 9:00 PM EST.
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s servers are the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes landing page accessible via the promotional email sent by Sponsor on or about April 7, 2026, completing the entry form, and providing a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual or using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. By entering, entrant agrees to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Favorite Daughter’s Privacy Policy, including to receive direct marketing by email.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without subscribing to marketing emails, send an email to hello@shopfavoritedaughter.com with the subject line “Favorite Daughter Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name and a valid email address in the body of the email. All email entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 13, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.

Prize

One (1) $1,000 Favorite Daughter gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.
No cash substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified on or about April 13, 2026 via the email address provided at the time of entry.
If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to return any required affidavit of eligibility or liability/publicity release within the required timeframe, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. If required by law, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

Entry Details

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, garbled, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind including but not limited to malfunctioning electronic equipment, network connections, servers, or software.
Use of automated systems or any other method intended to artificially increase the number of entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Binding Effect of Rules, Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

BY PARTICIPATING OR ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD THE RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION OR ENTERING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. BY PARTICIPATING OF ENTERING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD THE RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY, LOSS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, OR ACCEPTANCE, USE, POSSESSION OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY OR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERROR IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE ANNOUNCEMENT OR OFFERING OF ANY PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY INCLUDING FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Choice of Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.
